Strawberries
Huelva-led in the European window, with counter-season cover. Selected for colour hold and firmness on arrival, not just field appearance.
Raspberries
The most fragile line we handle, and the one where cold chain discipline shows. Tight loading windows, pre-cooled, moved fast.
Blackberries
Year-round cover through complementary origins. Specified on drupelet integrity and reversion risk, not size alone.

Most buyers need both: a programme that protects the core, and a trader who can move on the rest. We run the two side by side.
Spot market trades
For the weeks when the market moves faster than a plan. We monitor field availability and price direction across our origins daily, and come back with what is genuinely loadable — with a landed price, not an indication.
Seasonal programmes
Volume committed ahead of the window, allocated across growers so one field failure does not become your shortfall. Fixed specification, agreed pricing mechanism, weekly forecast against plan.

Grower selection & pricing
We go back through the grower network, check field availability against your spec, read the market direction, and return a landed price with the origin named.

Pre-load
Quality control & loading
Pre-shipment checks against the agreed specification. Photos, pallet detail and temperature record before the truck leaves the packhouse — not after it arrives.

In transit
Cold chain & delivery
Temperature-controlled transport, complete documentation, and one point of contact tracking the load until it is on your dock.
